Over ten years ago, I weighed in at 505 pounds. Unfit and unhappy with my life, I decided to make a change and commitment, to myself, to fight my depression and  food addiction. ​My weight loss journey has not been easy and I still battle with my food addiction on a daily basis, even as fitness specialist. Knowing how far I have come on this journey serves as constant motivation for me to keep striving for greatness and to  inspire others to do the same.
